Muddled Conversation

We ask questions with the hope that the other person doesn't reciprocate,
We say things that we don't mean
We don't say the things that we actually mean
We say things with the hope that the other person would understand differently
Why don't we just say the things what the other person should actually understand?
Things are said but else is understood
Things are not said and else is to be understood
The unsaid has more meaning than what is said.
