"Scars, the only permanence in life'
As hollow as the soul can get, so can your thoughts and feelings.
For trying to fill up the vase of life is the most traumatising act.
The vase mainly filled with emptiness and the emptiness overflows from within
And oozes out with no explanation.
The emptiness so strong and powerful, it breaks through the vase by cracking it open,
To reveal the unhealed wounds,
The stained memories,
The forgotten happiness,
The lost dreams.
Scars, the only permanence in life;
For each wound is deeply rooted
That the medicine of love cannot heal.
The wounds can only be healed by fresher wounds
For it is these wounds that keep one alive,
It is these wounds that make one smile.
